the user (hereinafter also referred to as the Data Subject) will be processed in compliance with the current regulations on personal data protection and for the purposes specified below.
2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
a) To enable browsing of the website and use of its contents and features;
b) To respond to information requests or contacts sent through the channels provided on the website;
c) To receive unsolicited applications and manage personnel or collaborator selection procedures;
d) To manage requests for participation in the GCE Commercial Group for Expansion project;

f) To send commercial and promotional communications related to the services offered by the Data Controller, subject to the Data Subject’s explicit consent.
